TickMuseum provides an online platform for browsing, comparing, and purchasing museum admission tickets and related experiences across the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Jordan. We act as an authorized reseller and booking agent in partnership with the museums and cultural institutions listed on our platform. We facilitate the transaction between you and the museum and deliver e-tickets directly to your provided email address.
All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and service fees, which are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to ensure the security of your financial information.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Upon successful payment, e-tickets will be delivered to the email address you provided during the booking process. Delivery is typically instant; however, in some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and that you can receive emails from our domain. TickMuseum is not responsible for tickets not received due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or full inboxes.
Requests to modify booking details (such as visit date or number of visitors) must be submitted to our customer support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Modifications are subject to availability at the respective museum and may incur additional charges if the new date or ticket type has a different price.
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of TickMuseum or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of any content on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The language of arbitration shall be English.
