Our Story

TickMuseum was founded in 2021 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by a team of passionate travelers and technology professionals who recognized a significant gap in the cultural tourism industry across the Middle East. While museums in the region were world-class — from the architectural masterpiece that is the Louvre Abu Dhabi to the monumental Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza — the process of booking tickets remained fragmented, confusing, and often frustrating for international visitors.

Our founders experienced this firsthand during a trip through the UAE, Egypt, and Jordan. At each museum, the ticket-buying process was different: some required cash-only purchases in local currency, others had unreliable websites with limited language support, and nearly all involved long queues under the scorching Middle Eastern sun. It was clear that a unified, digital-first solution was needed — a platform that would allow travelers to plan and book museum visits across the entire region from a single, trusted interface.

What began as a small startup operating out of a co-working space in Dubai Design District has since grown into the region's most trusted museum ticket booking platform. We now partner with over 30 cultural institutions across the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, providing seamless, skip-the-line access to some of the most iconic museums and archaeological sites on Earth.
